Very well maintained. Rooms/bathrooms are always clean. Bedding/towels are clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the price is fair!

As a wind turbine technician who's company requires travel, I stayed here for two weeks. The couple who runs the motel are super. If you're looking for a place to stay while working in the wind industry, this place is a cheap stay with cable tv, a warm room, a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave oven. My room was clean and had a dresser with plenty of room. If I'm called back to Neligh, Nebraska for turbine work I'll definitely stay here again.
